Position Purpose:
Provide nursing care for patients and exemplify and reinforce the concepts of the treatment program.

Job Requirements:
n
o A current Illinois RN or LPN license
o Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed
o Current CPR certification or able to obtain within 3 months
n

Schedule:
3 shifts per week with hours either 6:
30am - 7:
00pm or 10:
00am - 10:
30pm.
